Will I receive the exact piece in the listing photo?

Charged Glassworks items are handmade with care and great detail. Please keep in mind that no two handmade items will be exactly alike. There will be slight differences in color, shape, and size, as much as we try to be consistent. We like to think of it like writing your signature - it will always spell your name, but will look slightly different each time. We value this one of a kind quality and are proud of each unique piece of artwork.

Will lighting change the glass color?

All of our artwork is one of a kind and will exhibit slight differences in coloration. We photograph our glass in full direct sunlight, which illuminates each piece, but because of the transparent qualities of our glass we can not be accountable for slight variations in color that will change depending on the light.

How do I clean my glass?

We offer a broad assortment of items, and care instructions will vary from one item to another. Below is information about the many different materials we use, that we hope will help in aiding in the long life of your product.

• Home Décor
  Our blown glass items can be cleaned with mild cleanser and a soft cloth. Rinse and dry with a clean towel.
• Glassware
  Our glass kitchenwares can be washed with a mild dish detergent and rinsed clean. To protect the finish, we do not recommend putting our glassware in the dishwasher.
• Jewelry
  Our glass jewelry can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. The chain used in our necklace collection is sterling silver, brass, or 14k gold-fill, which should last for a lifetime of wear. If it becomes dirty, just wipe with a dry cloth. You can use a jewelry compound if desired, be we recommend a regular polishing cloth to maintain a high shine finish. You should avoid direct exposure of our glass beads and pendants to any polishing compounds to protect the finish. All jewelry should be removed before swimming or showering to ensure the quality of the piece.

Do you make custom pieces?
